Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Supervisor to lead our building maintenance and equipment repair operations. This role ensures that our facilities and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The Engineering Supervisor will manage a team of technicians, coordinate daily workloads, and maintain performance records for all equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in building systems and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Supervise and schedule engineering staff to meet facility needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of service areas and address equipment or system issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work for building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with inspections and testing requirements from regulatory agencies such as JCAHO.
• Evaluate training needs and provide ongoing education for staff.
• Manage administrative tasks including invoice tracking, budgeting support, and employee records.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
