Golds Gym SoCal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Fitness Manager to lead and support our fitness teams across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring gyms meet their fitness department goals, driving sales, and providing hands-on support to the teams in achieving their objectives. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven track record in fitness management, sales, and team development.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensure all gyms consistently meet or exceed fitness department goals, including revenue, client retention, and operational benchmarks.
Work directly with gym teams to improve processes, enhance sales techniques, and deliver exceptional member experiences.
Drive personal and team sales by setting an example through direct involvement in sales activities.
Oversee all aspects of the fitness department, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for fitness staff.
Qualifications :
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing, for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required
