The Front-End Developer is responsible for building the visual and interactive elements of websites and web applications — the parts users see and interact with. They work with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to create seamless, responsive, and accessible user experiences. According to industry sources, this includes designing layouts, coding interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility

Classification : Full time; Exempt

Shift : Monday–Friday; core hours 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Location : On-site

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions :

Develop user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Translate UI / UX designs into functional interfaces by collaborating with designers.

Optimize applications for speed and scalability to ensure smooth performance.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for consistent user experiences.

Implement responsive design principles for mobile, tablet, and desktop layouts.

Maintain and improve existing codebases through debugging and refactoring.

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and server-side logic.

Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and usability.

Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices

Job Requirements & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree required

Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS2, JavaScript, etc.

Proficiency in front-end libraries such as jQuery, React, etc.

Proficiency in front-end frameworks including Blazor, Angular, Vue, etc.

Proficiency in backend technologies WordPress and Magento, etc.

Understanding responsive and adaptive design principles.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.

Basic understanding of SEO principles.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits :
