Watch Polisher

Fink's Jewelers is searching for an expert Watch Polisher at our Corporate Headquarters located on Electric Road in Roanoke, VA. The Watch Polisher supports watch repair and refurbishing activities.

This role involves performing refinishing and refurbishment services on merchandise, ensuring a high level of consistency with Fink's and the companies we collaborate with.

Responsibilities :

• Performing all requested and necessary refinishing work on all exterior watch components, including buffing, polishing, lapping, cleaning, case assembly, and pressure testing of customer and pre-owned merchandise.
• Meeting established deadlines for repair completion and refurbishment work.
• Producing an expected volume of work while maintaining an acceptable turnaround.
• Performing self-inspection of all repair and refurbishment work to ensure work is performed within Fink's and our partners' standards.
• Performing operations within company guidelines and procedures, keeping the shop clean and organized, and performing basic upkeep on equipment.
• Adhering to all safety-related procedures as outlined in the shop manual to reduce the risk of accidents.
• Communicating and working with teammates to achieve results.
