Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager (Contractor) to support Panasonic's Sales Operations team during a team member's maternity leave. This is a remote role focused on data entry and invoicing through the SAP Ariba portal.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and manage sales invoices in SAP Ariba

Download and organize sales forecasts from SAP Ariba

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data input related to customer shipments

Support ongoing administrative tasks as required

Qualifications :

High school diploma or higher

Experience in data entry (SAP Ariba experience is a plus)

Ability to work independently with accuracy and consistency

Strong organizational and communication skills
