Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to practice preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult and / or pediatric patients
• Perform preventive care, health screenings, and routine wellness exams
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with medical guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice

Qualifications :

Please note- The annual base salary range is $150k to $250k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
