Position Overview :

We are seeking compassionate, tech-savvy Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) to join our growing teledentistry team. As a Remote RDH, you will coordinate with state-licensed dentists and provide routine, pre-operative, post-operative, preventive, and basic dental care to patients via both synchronous (real-time video / phone) and asynchronous (store-and-forward) telehealth approaches. You will also play a key role in interprofessional collaboration, referring patients to specialty physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as needed. This is a flexible, 100% work-from-home position with comprehensive malpractice and professional coverage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care & Clinical Services :

Conduct virtual dental hygiene assessments, collect medical and dental histories, and obtain intraoral images and radiographs as needed.

Coordinate closely with state-licensed dentists for diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Adhere to all state-specific teledentistry regulations, licensure requirements, and scope of practice guidelines.

Use HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, intraoral cameras, and EHR systems for patient care and documentation.
