Job Description

• Develop and implement automation systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation improvements.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all automation processes and systems.
• Train and support staff on the use of automated equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Evaluate new technologies to integrate into existing systems for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to resolve automation-related issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Automation Engineer should have :

• Seeking an experienced electrical or electro-mechanical engineer who can diagnose and troubleshoot independently from day one.
• A solid educational background in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation.
• Must have immediate, hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, PowerFlex, or Kinetix drives, and be qualified to work safely in 480V panels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
