Position Overview :

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a forward-thinking multi-specialty practice in Queens, Bronx, and Brooklyn, NY. This role offers the opportunity to deliver integrative, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment focused on innovative healthcare solutions and holistic wellness.

Qualifications :

  • Education : MD / DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensure / Certifications :
  • Active New York State Medical license.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care.
  • Experience : Open to all levels (negotiable based on expertise).
  • Language : Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in EHR systems, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
  • Soft Skills : Cultural competency, strong communication, and a passion for collaborative, patient-first care.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute / chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with specialists to deliver integrative, multidisciplinary care.
  • Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
