As the AVP, Regional Consulting, you'll have a deep knowledge of our customers and their challenges and will work closely with them to overcome those challenges through the utilization of LPL Business Solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive the distribution of LPL Business Solutions in your assigned sales territory.
  • Create and maintain a positive culture that values high performance, collaboration, transparency and talent development.
  • Provide sales support, strategy, and tactics to increase adoption and growth of Business Solutions to internal stakeholders including but not limited to : Client Success, Relationship Management, Business Development, Growth Solutions, Service and Operations, Product Delivery and Management, and Marketing and Product / Platform Management.
  • Provide field facing engagement through territory in field engagements and LPL Conferences. Partner with internal / external stakeholders for high profile and executive level engagements.
  • Examine trends, develop insights, and create solutions in order to better support advisors and stakeholders.
  • Achieve budget goals to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with and influence LPL Advisors.
  • Manage retention of clients by proactively partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve high profile and complex situations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years inside sales and a familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • 2+ years working with or managing Salesforce
  • Preferences :

  • Experience consulting and understanding challenges / opportunities of small business owners, Institutions, Enterprises, RIAs, and Large Enterprises Groups
  • Strong presentation skills, experience and comfort working with financial advisors and escalated issues
  • Strong relationship and people management skills
  • Strong communication skills, time and priority management
  • The pay salary range is inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
