Service Advisors Responsibilities :
Greet, develop rapport, and communicate with customers face-to-face and on the phoneObtain customer and vehicle informationFacilitate communication with customers, including drop-off, updates, and check-outDetermine and recommend appropriate services in a customer-focused approachPrepare a complete and accurate estimate cost for labor and partsWork with team to complete service and daily tasksWork with current technology to assist with communication and workflowService Advisor Requirements :
Possess a valid Driver’s LicenseMaintain a clean, professional, and safe work area and appearanceEmbrace technologyOperate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellencePossess a hunger to learn, help and improve through coachingWe are always growing our Service Advisor team!
