Your Impact :

Serve as a key point of contact for over 100+ program personnel, managing timecards, travel expenses, and process improvement efforts

Deliver insightful cost-reduction recommendations and identify opportunities for financial efficiency

Independently handle PMO and customer inquiries , providing clear, actionable information

Coordinate travel and financial operations , ensuring compliance and accuracy in a 24x7 operational environment

Collaborate across teams - including program management, customer leadership, and field operations - to drive seamless communication and results

Track, analyze, and report on program expenses, payments, and vouchers

Support additional PMO and sponsor requirements to help achieve program milestones

What You'll Bring :

Active TS / SCI clearance with polygraph (required)

Bachelor's degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for education

Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems

Strong understanding of customer operations and mission requirements

Pay Range :

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
