Homecare Homebase experience is required (no exceptions)

IV, pleurx, wound vac experience

Wound care, assessment, disease teaching

OASIS knowledge

Case management experience (ability to oversee / episode management up to 25-30 patients at once)

Description :

This is a home health nursing position.

Teammates are required to complete 6 visits a day, including routine visits, discharges, reassessments, and recertifications.

The average mileage driven per day is 60-80 miles, and mileage is reimbursed weekly.

The role requires traveling throughout designated areas.

Candidates must be able to handle chronic diseases, wound care, IV therapy, and other related treatments.

A team environment is emphasized, with support provided by departmental leadership and peers.

Call is not required, but may be available if interested.

Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays.

Weekend rotation is not mandatory unless the candidate is willing to work weekends.
