As a firm with a strong focus on medical malpractice defense , we seek an attorney with prior experience in this area to help us continue providing top-tier legal representation. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Position Overview

As an Associate Attorney , you will play a key role in handling medical malpractice defense cases alongside experienced attorneys. Your responsibilities will include :

Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Attending depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.

Working closely with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to develop case strategies.

Managing case files while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court procedures.

Representing and advising clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.

Experience in medical malpractice litigation.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively collaborate within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
