What You Will Do

• Sell and service group and catering events for the hotel.
• Work cohesively with the Banquet and Food & Beverage team.
• Drive revenue and exceed goals through upsells in Banquets.
• Forecast food & beverage events.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage and lead follow up on rooms and food & beverage attrition.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
• Manage all aspects of events.
• Work closely with all departments.
• Oversee the execution of event.
• Maintain budgets.
• Prepare and distribute event documents.
• Lead Planning Site Visits.
