Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services at an elementary school in Columbia, TN. This contract position runs from January 5, 2026, through May 22, 2026, with an estimated workload of 20-25 hours per week. The role involves delivering direct speech and language support to young learners aged 4 to 6 within a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students.
• Manage and update Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFPs) and develop goals for students receiving related services.
• Conduct necessary testing and assessments to monitor student progress.
• Serve as case manager for about 10 students receiving direct services.
• Collaborate with educators, participate in meetings, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive support.
