Job description

The Engineering Dept provides support by maintaining the physical environment and providing other related services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.The dept provides 27 / 7 coverage to two large campuses and multiple support locations.

Job Description :

  • Under general supervision, the Engineering General Maintenance position is able to perform first response and basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration trades.
  • Performs cosmetic repairs such as floor tile, cove base, and acoustical ceiling replacement.
  • The General Maintenance position also handles other general maintenance requests such as moving, hanging of items, and snow removal.

Requirements :

  • Completion of High School degree or equivalent
  • Three years applicable experience
