Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure all company, client, and project policies / procedures are followed as specified.Generate estimates, prepare and review project proposal or plan to determine and establish a time frame, work plan, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various project phasesOversee the project through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure the project is built following design, budget, and scheduleActively interfacing with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completionPlan, coordinate, and / or manage activities of all company personnel and subcontractors on assigned project(s)Generate billings and lead the collections process for projectsFrequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel to understand progress, needs, or issues. Assist in the planning of future labor / material needs of the projectEnsure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the job site by working directly with vendorsBuild long-term relationships with both clients and fellow employees by consistently exceeding expectationsOffering innovative solutions developing methods of procedures in sequence of operationsCapable of locating end users driver solutionsProvide consistent feedback and reports to the business unit vice president / or DirectorManage project review process with particular emphasis on financial forecastingProvide advice, guidance, mentoring, and direction to team and other junior personnel toward the achievement of their personal development goalsResponsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivityProactively lead the team job site safety and adherence to company policies and national safety standards for personnel under his or her supervision.Actively participate in industry even and community engagement activitiesPreparing Change Management Forms and Methods of Procedure (MOPs).Qualifications
REQUIRED
Electrical contracting project management experienceUnderstanding of electrical installationsGood knowledge of how to read electrical and mechanical drawingsStrong computer skills requiredFamiliar with computer-based estimating for an item by item estimatingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust understand billing and collectionsExcellent organizational skillsAble to work independently as well as in a team environment30 Hour OSHA Certification required within the first yearPREFERRED
A College degree, journeyman's license, or master electrician's licenseFive years or more of Mission critical / Data center project management or Field experienceExperience with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project and on screen takeoff or ability to learn it quicklyEqual Opportunity Employer
