Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Leadership Coordinator (CNC) is integral to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing unit functions. Collaborating with the management team, the CNC ensures nursing care aligns with established policies and sets a standard for patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, assess, adapt, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
• Assist with the admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions.
• Work alongside experts and leadership to enhance service outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and training opportunities to improve staff performance and engagement.
• Assist in scheduling and resource management for nursing staff.
