Seeking an RN to assist a Clinical Director (RCD) in an AL / MC senior living community.

• Assist with staffing including selection, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, retention efforts, counseling, discipline, and terminations.
• Maintain and enhance Quality of services, safety, infection control, risk management and other related areas.
• Help ensure community is always survey ready.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, individual care plan development.
• Ensure EHR documentation by staff is correct.

REQUIREMENTS :

This position is salaried, will offer manager experience, will participate in a manager-on-duty rotation shared with other managers across the community, and be considered for future promotions.
