Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college of medicine with a valid unrestricted license to practice issued by the Arizona Medical Board.Must be registered with the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration and maintain a valid unrestricted controlled substance registration certificate.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.Working Conditions
Works in an office or clinical setting.Exposed to moderate noise levels.Requires effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork with various stakeholders.Functions in a fast-paced environment.May require flexibility in working hours based on operational needs.Must adhere to safety protocols and comply with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies.Physical Requirements
