A company is looking for a Call Center Associate to assist pet parents with booking services and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service while driving sales for grooming, boarding, and training services
Answer incoming calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and document information accurately
Offer feedback on processes and customer interactions as necessary
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Exceptional technical skills and ability to manage multiple computer systems
Call center and / or sales experience preferred
