Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Maintain the Chaparral Fitness Center. Assist fitness center users.

• Serve as fitness contact for Chaparral Fitness patrons.
• Answer health and fitness related questions.
• Instruct and assist patrons in the use of exercise equipment at Chaparral Fitness.
• Input and maintain patron records using member tracking software.
• Process memberships, take payments and record financial transactions.
• Ability to administer life support to those in need of immediate emergency care.
• Ensure that the equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Communicate any equipment malfunctions to the Chaparral Fitness Manager.
• Solve patron issues based on thorough understanding of Chaparral Fitness rules and policies.
• Maintain a safe exercise environment for all patrons.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications :
• Education

CPR Certification.

One year experience working in a weight room or fitness center required.

Working Conditions :

Part-Time Work Schedule : 6am-12pm and every other Saturday / Total 24 hours weekly; Weekly day flexibility

Hiring Range :

6 Hourly / Starting salary beginning at $20.14 / hourly, based on experience.
