In this role, you will handle client requests, troubleshooting, and onboarding while collaborating closely with our Support Team Lead, Support Manager, and Global Director of Business Support.

The Business Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. You will manage incoming requests via phone, email, and chat through Salesforce, conduct onboarding and training sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast and effective support.
