Key Responsibilities

Lead and enforce governance for custom development within the ServiceNow platform

Collaborate with strategic leaders to create governance documents and procedures

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams on advanced custom development techniques

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including App Engine, Integration Hub, and Platform Architecture

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and ServiceNow MVC architecture

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting techniques such as Glidescript, Gliderecord, and Glideajax

Experience leading development teams and governing technical projects within an Agile environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and collaborate effectively
