The Casino Director of Finance will oversee all financial functions across gaming and resort operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic growth in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Casino Director of Finance Benefits and Compensation

Base Salary : $110,000 $140,000, commensurate with experience
Bonus : Up to 20% annual performance-based incentive

Casino Director of Finance Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in casino or resort accounting, including 5+ years in leadership

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred

Strong knowledge of GAAP , internal controls, and gaming compliance standards

Ability to obtain and maintain all required state and gaming certifications

Casino Director of Finance Must Haves

Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reporting

Oversee accounting, credit, cage operations, and count room departments

Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal control policies

Manage, train, and evaluate Finance department staff to maintain excellence

Casino Director of Finance Preferred Background & Skills

Proven success in casino or resort-based financial management roles

Strong analytical and strategic mindset with process improvement experience

Skilled communicator who collaborates effectively with executive leadership and regulators

Proficiency with gaming financial systems, audits, and reporting tools
