Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or related allied health field, complemented by ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be acquired within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment period.
