The Team and Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and develop the Safety Experience roadmap to :

• Foster healthy interactions among users and maintain a respectful community,
• Ensure our moderation user experiences are fair, transparent, and humane.

This role is part of our Integrity (Trust & Safety) team, working to make Tinder the safest place to meet new people.

Where you’ll work :

This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two days per week. This position is located in San Francisco, or Palo Alto, CA.

$175,000 - $200,000 a year

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000.  Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, California. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
