Digital Product Fellow - Mobile, Visibility and Browse

As the Digital Product Fellow, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products that deliver value to both our customers and the business. You will lead cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch digital experiences that align with company goals and meet user needs. You will leverage your expertise in product strategy, customer insights, and market analysis to shape the direction of our digital product offerings. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering world-class products that have a significant impact on the business.

Essential Functions

• Product Strategy and Roadmap : Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals and customer needs. Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Lead and collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Ensure clear communication across all teams and drive consensus on product decisions.
• Customer-Centric Focus : Conduct customer research, analyze market trends, and gather insights to inform product decisions. Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of product strategy and design.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through to execution and post-launch analysis. Continuously evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Use analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, identify growth opportunities, and assess the impact of product features. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and inform future product iterations.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication : Present product updates, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Communicate product decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentorship and Leadership : Mentor junior product managers, helping them grow their skills in product management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead by example and create a positive, collaborative team environment.

Pay : U.S Pay Range $12,476.52 / monthly -$29,111.88 / monthly

Additional Details : This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week
