Supply Technician

Location : Panama City Beach, FL

Clearance Type : Secret

Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase documents; record all receipts in Navy ERP.

Tag, label, and store property in accordance with NAVSUP P-529 and DoDM 4140.27 Shelf-Life Management.

Prepare issue, transfer, and turn-in documentation ensuring proper audit trails.

Conduct cyclic inventories, location surveys, and discrepancy reconciliations.

Assist in physical inventory counts and data validation per Government direction.

Support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining secure, organized storage environments and safe material handling practices.

Maintain files and logs in compliance with SECNAV M-5210.1 Records Management Manual.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications :

High-school diploma / GED; Associate's degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in Navy or DoD supply or warehouse operations.

Knowledge of supply-documentation standards (DD 1348-1A, DD 250, DD 1149, etc.).

Familiarity with Navy ERP and DPAS data-entry procedures.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate material-handling equipment (MHE)

Preferred Qualifications :

NAVSUP P-723 / P-538 training or certification

OSHA Forklift Operator Certification
