Summary

DAI is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, primarily for William O’Neil + Company and William O’Neil Securities. The role will develop and execute marketing communications that drive brand awareness, support research and sales efforts, and align with strategic goals.

Compensation and Location

$95K to $110K, plus a 10% yearly bonus target. Hybrid schedule – 3 days in‑office at 3100 E. Plano Pkwy., Plano, TX 75074.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain marketing collateral, brochures, and branded materials to support sales and research distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research reports and communications are published in alignment with brand and compliance guidelines.
• Assist in developing and executing multi‑channel marketing plans to drive awareness, generate leads, and build brand loyalty.
• Conceptualize and produce AI‑generated and traditional video content to showcase insights and research thought leadership.
• Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and emerging channels, including AI and automation.
• Maintain website and intranet content, ensuring relevancy and timeliness.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other data tools to optimize outreach and content effectiveness.
• Generate insights from performance data and present actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with global teams (China, India, United Kingdom); occasional off‑prime‑time hours may be required.
• Maintain a proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset, challenging conventional thinking to improve efficiency.
