Job descriptionDriver Requirements to Qualify : No Load Refusals Take every load assigned, regardless of destination. Must be on-time for deliveries Bonuses $500 Referral Bonusfor referring new drivers that make it 90 days $500 hiring bonus to drivers after 90 days of employment Paid via direct deposit weekly Take your truck home Flexible Work Options : regional and OTR routes also available to fit your lifestyle Specialized Skills : Gain expertise with flatbed trailers and load securement Safety-First Culture : Join a team that prioritizes safety and values responsible drivers Terminal services On site fuel Home Time : Home daily Route : Local, within 200 miles of Lorain, OH Schedule : Monday-Friday, morning check ins Touch freight : strap & tarp loads Late model equipment Automatic & Manual transmission Outward facing cameras Flatbed Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid CDL License Minimum of 2years of CDL A driving experience A proven record of safe driving, both professionally and personally. A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no more than 3 points in the past 3 years. Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Strong time management and communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules. Must live within 40 miles of Lorain, OH Transportation

Compensation
- Annual Pay : $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience and route selection
Driver minimum pay : $1,100
Drivers receive 30% of line haul rate or$1,100, which ever is greater :
Daily Availability must be available for work 5 days / week
Quarterly Safety Bonus of $200 for each quarter withoutincident
