Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead a production team within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment. This role combines strong leadership with technical expertise in packaging processes, equipment, and materials. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, a focus on employee development, and the ability to drive both operational performance and team engagement. Bilingual English / Spanish speaking skills highly preferred .

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time output.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and employee training requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production performance and reduce waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, employee attendance, and shift reporting.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in flexible packaging or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of flexible packaging processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams with a focus on employee growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with production management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish speaking skills highly preferred

  • 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday (2pm-Midnight)
