Job Description

As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a retail and mall environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your visible presence and proactive approach will contribute to a positive customer experience while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation. You will play a key role in fostering a caring culture where teamwork and integrity come first, making a real difference in the daily operations of this dynamic location.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
