Position : Marketing Coordinator

Marketing with heart. From websites to welcome kits, you will do a little bit of everything, all while helping families unlock the door to homeownership.

Acts Housing is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced, mission-driven marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage website updates, coordinate swag and collateral, support events, and help collect and share powerful family stories.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who thrives on variety, loves staying organized, and wants to grow in nonprofit marketing.

What you will do :

• Maintain and update our WordPress website and Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages
• Keep mailing lists clean and organized
• Support event logistics , materials, and marketing requests
• Manage marketing inventory and swag fulfillment
• Coordinate storytelling efforts with families and staff
• Assist with internal communications and partner support
