Job descriptionOversee ABA programming for children 18 months–8 years Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide caregiver training and occasional in-home / community sessions Active BCBA certification Master’s in ABA, education, psychology, or related field Strong documentation and clinical supervision skills Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs

We’re hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and offering up to $20,000 in sign-on and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance for select locations .
