Job Summary :

  • We are seeking friendly and efficient Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, and prepare and serve food and beverages at our concessions stand.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service : Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude.

    • Sales Transactions :

  • Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.

    • Food Preparation :

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to health and safety standards.

    • Inventory Management :

  • Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring all items are readily available.

    • Cleanliness :

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concessions stand, including food preparation and serving areas.

    • Compliance :

  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

    • Team Collaboration :

  • Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.

    • Work Environment :

  • This is a part-time or full-time position.
  • Work hours may vary based on event schedules and operational needs.
  • May require working in outdoor or indoor concession stands.
