I have TWO opportunities for Land Development Purchasing Agents (Orange County / Corona) with two different SoCal developers / builders

Successful candidate(s) will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position with a medium to large sized operation. Must be able to read plans, be familiar with construction techniques, materials and sequencing, unit pricing, contracts / scope of work, negotiation, contracting, budgeting. Must be familiar with the subcontractor / consultant base in SoCal.
