Keystone's Sophia Square is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. This hands-on role involves preventative and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. You’ll handle repairs, respond to tenant requests, maintain inventory, and support property inspections.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
- Respond to tenant work orders and service requests
- Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and functionality
- Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for maintenance needs
