Position : Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
Location : Germantown, Maryland

Competitive pay and incentives : $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule : Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role :
As an LCMFT, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. Whether you're working in-office or virtually, your role will focus on promoting emotional well-being, resolving relational conflicts, and helping clients build resilience in their personal and relational lives.
Core Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and / or families using appropriate therapeutic modalities
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
- Participate in supervision, case consultation, or team meetings (depending on practice setting)
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and ethical standards
Requirements
Active Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license in MarylandMaster’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related fieldStrong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to engage clients across diverse backgroundsProficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR)Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong ethical standards, professional demeanor, and commitment to confidentialityBenefits
