Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for an 8-week sterile compounding contract with a home infusion pharmacy. This is a daytime schedule, ideal for pharmacists with inpatient or infusion experience who are skilled in sterile compounding.

Position Details :

Contract Length : 8 weeks

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30am5 : 00pm

Environment : Home infusion

Responsibilities :

Perform sterile compounding and ensure accuracy of IV preparations.

Oversee pharmacy workflow and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Support patient therapy needs by verifying and preparing compounded medications.

Requirements :

Active Texas Pharmacist License

Sterile compounding experience

IV certification

Background in inpatient or home infusion settings preferred
