This opportunity is ideal for a confident DVM who enjoys a balance of soft tissue surgery and general appointments , with surgery available daily and an established client base from day one.
You'll be supported by an experienced, Fear Free Certified team and a practice owner who is both an excellent mentor and passionate about developing the next generation of veterinary leaders.
Mix of wellness, preventative care, rescue cases, elective and non-elective surgeries (cystotomies, splenectomies, abdominal explorations, and more).
Daily opportunity for soft tissue surgery, spay / neuter, and urgent care procedures.
In-house lab, digital body & dental radiography, ultrasound, dedicated surgical suite.
While solo work is part of the role, the owner and three other seasoned DVMs are only minutes away and always available for second opinions.
Direct guidance from an accomplished surgeon and practice owner, plus leadership opportunities for those interested in partnership or senior roles.
Encouragement to build local ties through school visits and outreach events.
4-day work week (no overnights or weekends), 8 : 00am–6 : 00pm or 8 : 30am–5 : 30pm to suit your preference.
3 additional paid days off for continuing education.
PTO is negotiable, with a
2-week minimum guaranteed.
$120,000–$150,000 (DOE).
20% with no negative accrual
$10,000 sign-on / relocation.
Health, dental, and vision.
PLIT liability, licensing fees, and membership dues fully covered.
$2,000–$2,500 annual allowance.

Experienced CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) on-site, with a
3 : 1 tech-to-DVM ratio
