Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Newport News, Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty : Case Management

40 hours per week
Shift : 8 hours, evenings
Employment Type : Travel

Position : Hospice RN Case Manager

Shift : Days | 5x8s | 08 : 00–16 : 00

Schedule : Monday–Friday + every 3rd weekend rotation

Contract : 13 Weeks

Requirements

1+ year of Hospice RN Case Management experience (Required)

Must include Hope Assessment, pain & symptom management

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

BLS certification

Epic charting experience (preferred / required depending on site

Travel to patient homes & facilities required
