Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This is a direct hire or temp to hire position offering a competitive salary of up to $100,000.00 or hourly equivalent doe. LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with our client to fill this critical role with a local company.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the payroll process for 240 employees.
• Maintain and reconcile various payroll ledgers.
• Generate and review monthly payroll reports.
• Validate payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure expenses align with cost centers.
• Handle payroll tax reconciliations and compliance.
• Lead two staff members to greatness by sharing best practices, ensuring wage and hour laws are adhered to and loa's and garnishments are handled with care.

Pay Details : $39.00 to $40.86 per hour
