Compliance Engineering Program Manager
OCI Hardware Development organization (OHD) needs an experienced Compliance Engineering Program Manager to support the rapid expansion of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. The candidate will have strong Program Management and analytical skills in addition to extensive knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements for Data Center ITE hardware products and technologies. Candidate will collaborate with multiple Oracle functions : Global Trade Compliance Market Access team, HW Product and Data Center Design, Compliance Engineering, Sourcing and third-party product (3PP) suppliers to ensure availability of regulatory compliance documentation (e.g., Safety, EMC and Energy Efficiency certifications and reports). Required skills / knowledge : + Familiarity with global product compliance processes, including Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), electrical Safety standards, radio equipment approvals, and worldwide regulatory certification requirements + Proven capability to manage multiple complex homologation programs in parallel using database analytical tools, Microsoft Office suite, and program management tools such as Atlassian's Confluence and Jira Preferred skills / knowledge : + Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet regional compliance and certification timelines for North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other international markets + Understanding of Agency testing, documentation, and certification workflows (including Safety, EMC / EMI and Radio Equipment Directive) to support international product deployments

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
