Job descriptionBase pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience-based). Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly. Typical home time : biweekly. Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $90,000 (USD). Equipment & benefits : Benefits eligibility after 30 days for life, dental, vision, and health insurance options, plus 401(k). Primary responsibilities : Complete assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and electronic logs (ELD). Ensure proper cargo handling and securement; follow drop-and-hook procedures where applicable. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers. Adhere to fuel management, routing, and on-road safety protocols. Minimum qualifications : At least 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months; prior OTR experience is not required. Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening. Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking a Class A (CDL-A) truck driver to support regional over-the-road (OTR) operations in the East Region. The position involves operating dry van, no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Compensation & schedule :
Training pay : $650 during a four-week in‑truck training period with a trainer.
Late-model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped.
Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
