10-4 Logistics USA is seeking a Class A (CDL-A) truck driver to support regional over-the-road (OTR) operations in the East Region. The position involves operating dry van, no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Compensation & schedule :
Training pay : $650 during a four-week in‑truck training period with a trainer.
Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience-based).Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly.Typical home time : biweekly.Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $90,000 (USD).Equipment & benefits :Late-model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped.
Benefits eligibility after 30 days for life, dental, vision, and health insurance options, plus 401(k).Primary responsibilities :Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Complete assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions.Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and electronic logs (ELD).Ensure proper cargo handling and securement; follow drop-and-hook procedures where applicable.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.Adhere to fuel management, routing, and on-road safety protocols.Minimum qualifications :Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
At least 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months; prior OTR experience is not required.Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.10-4 Logistics USA is an equal opportunity employer.
