Inventory managementEnd-of-Month counts and inputMaintaining accurate transfer logsEffective & efficient orderingMaintaining a LEAN production environmentCoaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all kitchen Team MembersTroubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilitiesEnsure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning on a per set schedule.Behavior Characteristics :
