Job descriptionConduct internal and external audits in accordance with audit plans and procedures. Assess risks and test internal controls to ensure effectiveness. Analyze and reconcile complex financial data, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation. Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain internal controls and prepare audit-ready documentation. Mentor junior staff members and contribute to their professional development. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Experience : 3+ years of experience in internal audit or compliance reviews. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting systems. Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS. Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills. Must be a CPA
