About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for New Business Development in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the business development strategy, orchestrating major client pursuits, and building a high-performing business development organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive presence, storytelling ability, and the capacity to translate analytics into strategic, commercial narratives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. Leadership competencies such as achievement motivation, strategic thinking, and resilience are also key qualifications for this position.
