About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Grant Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. This role serves as a key liaison between program management and funding sources, ensuring compliance with grant regulations and accurate financial reporting. You'll also manage accounts payable processes and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Grant Management
- Monitor grant status and transactions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Ensure compliance with grant-specific requirements
- Maintain documentation for audits and reviews
Accounts Payable
Process vendor invoices and reconcile discrepanciesMaintain accurate records and vendor filesPrepare payments and audit credit card billsGenerate monthly financial reportsCustomer Service & Support
Respond to vendor and internal inquiriesResolve documentation and payment issuesMaintain confidentiality and professionalismGeneral Duties
Assist with agency accounts and special projectsAttend meetings and training sessionsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceQualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or accounting (or equivalent experience)3+ years in accounting; nonprofit experience preferredSkills
